What kind of warranty comes with custom computers?
This is specific to the type of machine you want, but generally speaking our custom machines come with a one year warranty parts and labor and the option to purchase extended warranty plans. If we get materials that have manufacturer warranty options, we work to uphold those as well. Based on the type of computer we will make realistic recommendations about extended warranty options. We believe that often times extended warranties are unnecessary depending on the hardware in the computer.

What software comes with a computer system?
Computers that come from other manufactures come with the basic software programs and some trial edition programs. We add any other programs you prefer. Custom computer systems come tailored with just the software you want. We also image the computer at its point of delivery so a recovery image is available.

Can we get a credit by trading in our old computers?
Generally when a computer is ready for replacement it is far enough out of date that a credit is not possible. We will be happy to evaluate the computer and let you know if one is available. Another thing we do is to evaluate your business needs because it may be possible to move that computer to a different role thereby giving your business added capabilities while keeping your employees equipped with fast and up-to-date computers.
